TEKASHI 6IX9INE TO BE RE-SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX CHARGE
Tekashi 6ix9ine is expected to re-sentenced for his child sex crime charge.
The rapper was sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service and four years' probation after posting a video of a 13-year-old girl engaged in sex acts. Page Six reports that 6ix9ine's legal team met with prosecutors and Justice Felicia Mennin in a closed-door meeting Friday (Nov. 30), when the decision was reportedly made. His sentence is expected to be changed to time served while he awaits his upcoming trial over his alleged involvement in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang.
The 22-year-old born Daniel Hernandez was picked up by federal agents back in November on racketeering and gun charges. He has since pleaded not guilty.
